A beautiful personalised PET memorial slate with hanging hook, especially for hanging at a special place in the garden or graveside.

Made from hand cut natural slate with a smooth edge.

The rectangle slate measures approximately 10cm x 7cm x 0.5cm

These printed slates are UV printed in our own studio for a beautiful, long lasting colour finish.

This design comes with a personal photo, name of your choice, dates (years) and the quote 'We'll see you on the other side' with a rainbow emblem. Alternatively choose two lines of your choice and you can choose another pawprint/animal instead of a rainbow (please see listing photos) and add this info to the notes box.
