Free Delivery for orders £40 and over.

£3.95 Flat Rate for orders below £40.

We use Royal Mail Tracked 48 delivery service to post our keepsakes, or you can upgrade in the checkout.

We are currently only shipping items to the UK and will add International shipping as soon as possible.

We always get a proof of postage so if you have any problems with your parcel being damaged or lost then please contact us.

Everything is hand made by myself and Sophia in our studio and we will always endeavour to send out orders as soon as possible. Please allow 2-3 days for your item to be dispatched but many items are sent within 1-2 days of ordering. 

If you need your items for a specific date or event then please let us know and we will do our best to send your item(s) as soon as possible.
