Pet Memorial Garden Slate and Hook

A beautiful engraved PET rustic memorial slate with hanging hook, especially for hanging at a special place in the garden or graveside.

Made from hand cut natural slate with a rustic edge and you can choose from oval or rectangle designs.

The oval slate measures approximately 9cm x 7cm x 0.5cm
The rectangle slate measures approximately 10cm x 7cm x 0.5cm

Choose from Dog Pawprint, Cat Pawprint, Chicken, Horse, Bird, Guinea Pig, Hedgehog, Gerbil, Rabbit OR we can do another animal of your choice.

This design comes with a name of your choice, animal print and the following quote:

'You left pawprints on my/our hearts'

OR

'You left hoofprints on my/our heart'

OR

Choose your own up to 6 words.

Please add the name you would like in the notes box.

We can also replace the spirals next to the animal symbol for YEAR dates on either side (for example 2009 - 2021).

PLEASE BE AWARE for information - some websites have stolen this design directly from our shop :( This is our original design and it makes me so sad and frustrated that people would do this. Many of these 'fakes' use UV vinyl which will peel off over time compared to our designs which are engraved/etched.
